Where do we deliver?

We deliver to the UK and Internationally.

How much does it cost?
|
|
Standard delivery to anywhere in the UK is £3.95 per pair. Next Day Delivery is £7.95 per pair. Outside the UK is £9.95.

Free Delivery
|
|
All accessories are delivered for free. Regrettably, we cannot deliver accessories to addresses outside the UK.
|
How long does it take to process and post my order?
|
|
Standard Delivery:
|
Monday to Thursday - Orders received before 4pm are posted the next day.
Friday, Saturday & Sunday - Orders are posted the next Monday.

Note: Standard Delivery parcels can take up to 5 working days for delivery.

Next Day Delivery:

Monday to Friday - Orders received before 3pm are posted same day.
Saturday & Sunday - Orders are posted the next Monday.

Note: Next Day Delivery guarantees delivery the next working day before 1pm.

EU Delivery:

Monday to Thursday - Orders received before 4pm are posted the next day.

What about backorders and partial orders?
|

We post out all in stock goods as soon as they become available unless you request us to hold back your order until a specific date. We only charge you for the goods we send, when we send them.

Can I track my parcel?
|
|
You can track the parcels we send. Click here and enter your tracking number to track your parcel. Your tracking number can be found in your dispatch confirmation email. Alternatively call us on +44 (0)1721 722 422.

Can I have my parcel left if I am out?
|
|
With Standard Delivery you can nominate a safe place for your parcel if you are not in. Next Day Delivery parcels must be signed for and cannot be left.
