| About Delivery |
Orders received before 3pm are dispatched the same day, providing the goods are in stock. Goods are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery which normally delivers goods within 3 - 5 working days (Standard Delivery) and next day (Next Day Delivery). Our delivery charge is just £3.95 per pair (Standard Delivery within the UK).
Orders received for goods not in stock are subject to approximately 28 days delivery. Manufacture can vary in production times and any delay we are aware of at the time of order will be passed on to you, the customer.

| About Returns |
In accordance with James Inglis policy of outstanding customer service you may return any item under the follow conditions:
> Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
> Goods must be returned in their original box, plus delivery packaging.
> Goods must be unworn and undamaged.
> A free certificate of posting must be obtained.
> Your returns slip must be included with your return.
> A FREEPOST returns label is included for your convenience (not available to customers outside the UK).
