Before placing an order with James Inglis you will be required to accept these terms and conditions. You can refuse to accept these terms and conditions, however if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, or our Privacy Policy, regrettably you will not be able to purchase products from our website.
- Orders are accepted and promises given conditionally upon our being able to receive the necessary materials, and without responsibility for delays arising through rises and uncertainties of manufacture, strikes, accidents or other causes beyond our control.

All risks in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery, but the goods shall remain the property of James Inglis until paid for by the customer.

All care and attention is given to ensure that technical information and advice is accurate but the seller does not warrant the accuracy thereof and the customer relies on the same at their own risk.

All returns must be made in accordance with our returns policy. We cannot accept goods that are returned to us soiled, or damaged. Customers who damage goods will remain liable to settle their invoice in full. The customer bares responsibility for the cost of returning goods purchased in our retail showroom. Our freepost returns service may be used to return any goods purchased since 1st January 2009 by mail, phone, fax or online. Our free returns service can only be used against orders delivered to a UK address.

Any items ordered in exchange will be dispatched using the delivery method requested when the initial order was placed and charged at the applicable rate per item dispatched. An exchange must be printed in the exchange section on your returns slip when returning goods.

Please check goods against order. Shortage, breakages and incorrect goods will be rectified if this office is notified within 3 working days of delivery.

No goods can be released to clients until payment has been received in full.

The limitations of photography may mean a slight variation in colour. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that descriptions are accurate. However we reserve the right to change specification without prior notice.

The James Inglis Points and Rewards scheme is discontinued. Outstanding points balances may still be redeemed until 30 June 2009.
