THE CONTRACT WE FORM WITH YOU
- Orders are accepted and promises given conditionally upon our being able to receive the necessary materials, and without responsibility for delays arising through rises and uncertainties of manufacture, strikes, accidents or other causes beyond our control.
- Once your order is placed we will provide you with an email or written confirmation of your order.
- Your credit/debit card will not be charged until the goods are despatched. We only charge for goods that are being despatched.
- We reserve to right to delice or refuse orders.
- By submitting an order you must agree that the information you provide is true and accurate and that card details are in your name.
DELIVERY
- Although we aim to fulfil every order we receive immediately, on occasion some sizes or colours may not be in stock or we may not be able to fulfil your order due to an unexpectedly high demand. If we can't fulfil your order immediately, we will tell you and keep you updated with the status of your order until it is completed. If you pay by cheque, these must be cashed upfront and a refund issued if required.
- James Inglis aims to delivery Standard Delivery parcels within 5 working days. Next Day Delivery parcels next day and EU & Non-EU parcels within 14 days.
PRICES & PAYMENT
- Your credit/debit card will not be charged until goods are despatched. Only good being despatched are charged.
- Our secure payment system does not retain credit or debit card details.
- Orders paid for by cheque will be cashed upfront and a refund issued if required.
- All prices included VAT at the current rate applicable and is charged on all orders from the UK or EU. We do not charge VAT on goods despatched to the Channel Islands or outside the EU.
- All prices are subject to change. However, you will be informed of any changes prior to completion of your order.
- James Inglis reserve the right to revise the price up or cancel an order if an obviously mis-pricing has occurred.
- All prices are payable in UK Pound Sterling.
- Offers and special pricing, including sale goods cannot be used against a previous purchase.
- Offers can only be used once per customer unless otherwise stated.
- Offers cannot be used against already discounted goods including sale intems.
LIABILITY
- All risks in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery, but the goods shall remain the property of James Inglis until paid for in full.
RETURNS POLICY
- Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they are unworn, undamaged and returned in the original packaging.
- We reserve the right to charge a £pound;10 fee on goods returns without boxes or in boxes returned damaged.
- Goods may be returned using our free returns service within the UK. The freepost returns label provided must be used. In the unlikely event you do not have a returns label, James Inglis will provide you with a replacement label provided we are contracted within 14 days of delivery of your order. Goods returned using an alternative means will not have their returns postage refunded.
- Postage and packing charges are non-refundable.
- Goods ordered in exhcnage will incur a delivery charge for each item ordered.
- The customer bears the cost of returning goods purchased from our Retail Showroom.
PHOTOGRAPHY & TECHNICAL INFORMATION
- All care and attention is given to ensure that technical information and advice is accurate but the seller does not warrant the accuracy thereof and the customer relies on the same at their own risk.
- Photographs are produced to represent the colour of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to limitations of photography and the difference in monitor colour and resolution a guarantee of correct colour match cannot be made.
- Heel heights are measured using the inside heel measurement and are an approximation only.

- If you're not completed satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of receipt.

The James Inglis Points & Rewards system is discontinued. Points are not awarded on purchases and outstanding points balances cannot be used.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You may request cancellation of your order at any time up to the point we prepare your order for dispatch – you can do this by telephone on 01721 722422 or by e-mailing us at sales {at} jamesinglis {dot} com. Please ensure you provide us with your name, address including postcode, the product ordered and your Order No. from your confirmation e-mail. If you wish to return your products once they’ve been received, please follow the procedure set out in our returns policy section.
You may cancel your contract with us if you wish, provided you advise us in writing or by e-mail to sales {at} jamesinglis {dot} com within seven working days after the day on which you receive your goods. If you have received your goods, please return these to us in perfect condition with their original packaging, using the freepost address label enclosed with your invoice. You will be refunded the full price of the goods less £2.20 to cover the return postage to ourselves, as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days.
